オンライン講座 受講規約

MarikoYoga主宰のオンライン講座を受講されるメンバーの方は必ず以下の内容をご一読いただき、それぞれの事項をご理解いただいたうえで受講下さい。オンライン講座利用にあたっては、以下の事項にご了解いただいているものといたします。

第１条 受講申込

本受講規約を同意のうえ受講申し込みを行った後、受講料等の入金が確認された時点で、申し込み完了と致します。但し、過去に本受講規約に違反したことがある場合は申し込みを承諾しないことがあります。

第２条 受講料金支払いについて

受講料金の支払い方法は、銀行振込、またはカード決済とさせて頂きます。お支払完了後、受講が可能になります。

第３条 ダウンロードデータについて

レッスンごとに資料をダウンロードすることができます。なお、ダウンロードデータのないレッスンもあることを予めご了承ください。データは二次加工、複製、配布を認めません。

第４条 登録内容変更について

氏名、メールアドレスなど登録内容に変更があった場合、速やかにお申し出下さい。

第５条 ご解約について

入金確認後は受講ご契約成立とみなし、いかなる理由があっても途中でのご解約はいたしかねます。但し、以下のような行為があった場合は解約できるものとし、一切の返金は行いません。

① オンラインスクールにおいて、受講生に表示又は提供する一切の情報・教材・テスト・サービス内容等を転売、譲渡等した、またはしようとした場合

② 他の受講生や講師等に対しての迷惑行為、運営妨害行為、公序良俗に著しく反する行為を行った場合

第６条 オンライン講座へのアクセス

１）受講契約が成立後に、オンライン講座へのアクセスパス、およびリンクを発行致します。

受講メンバーはオンライン講座の利用にあたり発行された受講アクセスパスの使用ならびに管理について責任を持ち、いかなる第三者にも貸与及び譲渡はできません。

また、いかなる理由であれ、これらが第三者に使用されたことにより 当該受講生に生じた損害については、MarikoYogaは一切責任を負いません。

２）受講メンバーは、ログイン情報を忘れた場合や盗用された場合は、速やかに当方にお申し出下さい。

第７条 個人情報の取扱いについて

本契約に際し当校が収集した個人情報に関しては、今後講座に関する資料の送付やお知らせ、及びご案内のみに使用し、承諾なしに第三者への提供は行いません。

メンバー内での会話や書面でのやりとり、講座内容の動画などは、受講メンバーのみが、学習目的でのみ共有するものとし、第三者へ公開することは一切行いません。

第８条 知的財産権について

オンライン講座において、受講生に表示又は提供する一切の情報・教材・テスト・サービス内容等については、すべて著作権法上の保護対象となって いるため、受講生は事前に当方の書面による許諾なく、非商業的かつ個人的な目的以外で複製、出版、翻訳、譲渡、貸与等を行うことはできません。

第９条 サービスの中断について

システムの保守メンテナンス又は障害・作動不良等が発生した場合等やむを得ない場合は、オンライン講座のサービスの提供を中断することがあります。なお、中断する場合はあらかじめその旨を受講生に通知します。

但し、緊急かつやむをえない場合はこの限りではありません。

第１０条 サービス提供の中止

当方は、受講メンバーの方がオンラインスクールを利用するにあたり、以下の各号の内容に該当する場合は、当該メンバーへの事前通知なくして、オンライン講座のサービスを中止することがあります。

① 第６条第１項及び第８条に該当することが判明した場合

② オンライン講座を通じて表示または提供される情報を改ざんする行為

③ その他、法令あるいは公序良俗に違反し、当方又は他の利用者、第三者に不利益を与える、もしくはそのおそれのある行為

第１１条 損害賠償

受講生は、オンライン講座の利用により、もしくは、本受講規約上の義務を履行しないことにより、当方または他の受講メンバーを含む第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、自己の責任と費用をもって一切の損害を賠償するものとします。

第１２条 免責事項

次の各号に定める事由によって受講メンバーに生じた損害については責任を負いません。

① 受講メンバーの都合により、オンライン講座に参加しない場合

② MarikoYogaが管理できない事由により、予定していたレッスンが遅延又は中止した場合

③ インターネット環境、サーバーシステムなど当方が管理しないシステムの障害や切断を理由として、予定していたレッスンが再生されない場合もしくは画質や音声の質が低下した場合

④ 天災地変、戦争、暴動、ストライキ、クーデター、内戦、その他MarikoYogaの管理できない事由により、日程、その他のサービス内容が変更された場合

第１３条 推奨動作環境

オンライン講座受講にあたっての端末の推奨動作環境は以下の通りです。

ウェブ・ブラウザで Youtube、Vimeo、Zoom動画が再生可能なパソコン。またはスマートフォン。

付則：当社は、受講生の承諾を得ることなく、本利用規約の内容を変更することができます。

但し、変更後の利用規約については、オンライン講座上にて受講メンバーの方に通知致します。

Terms of Use

1. Terms

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
